2 out of 5 starsthe seller shipped the item on time, and it arrived wrapped in plastic but it had a very strong smell to it and I tried many things but eventually was forced to wash it and of course it doesn’t look the greatest after that but the item was meant for a photoshoot for an infant so I could not risk not washing it because the odor was extremely strong and I did not know what it was

This product as all my products are gift wrapped and decorated , the plastic film is used for protection under the tissue paper and also to reduce the bulkiness of the item, the smell is the smell of brand new yarn (certainly not extremely strong ) and it could be easily fixed , the customer failed contacting me to ask for advise regarding the matter, and also failed reading the care instructions written in the item's descriptions. This review is unfair .

So sorry to hear it hasn't arrived yet, unfortunately I can't control the postal service/loss/ or damage during transport, it has never happened before to any of my international customers , being more than 1,000 from the US you are the first one and I'm sorry, please contact the Customs Office and give them the number I provided you in my message , it will tell you whether the parcel has entered your country and /or its whereabouts Please let me know if it shows up Thank you
